Health Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to be:
•     Healthy
•     Feeding regularly
•     Accurately represented
•     Captive‑bred (unless otherwise stated)
This guarantee does not cover:
•     Improper husbandry
•     Injuries after arrival
•     Failure to follow care recommendations
•     Stress from improper enclosure setup
DG Exotics provides care sheets and guidance to ensure proper husbandry.

Refunds & Cancellations:
•     All sales are final once an order is placed.
•     Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or incompatibility with your setup.
•     Orders canceled before shipping may receive store credit only.
•     No cash refunds are issued unless DG Exotics cancels the order.

Shipping Delays:
DG Exotics is not responsible for delays caused by:
•     FedEx
•     Weather
•     Incorrect addresses
•     Missed delivery attempts
Live arrival guarantee does not apply during carrier delays.

Sexing Policy:
Animals listed as “male” or “female” are guaranteed.
Animals listed as “probable” or “possible” are not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibility:
By purchasing from DG Exotics, the buyer agrees to:
•     Understand the care requirements of the species
•     Provide proper enclosure, heating, humidity, and diet
•     Follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding exotic animals
DG Exotics reserves the right to refuse a sale if proper care cannot be confirmed
